* Outside Lagos : GIG standard : 3-5 working days.
*   GIG Express: 2-3 WORKING DAY

Global Shipping: is available using DHL Express and DHL Parcel to deliver to 220 global destinations.
* Order Processing: Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.
* Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from the shipping date.
* WE CANNOT CONTROL DELAYS ONCE TRACKING DETAILS ARE PROVIDED.

Delivery Flexibility
DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD): Allows you to make changes to your delivery while it’s in transit. Schedule delivery for another day. Remove the signature requirement.

Notification: DHL will contact you via SMS and/or email with the expected delivery date.
ODD Availability: If ODD is available in your area, the notification will include a link to the ODD site.
Tracking Information: Use the tracking (shipment waybill) number provided in the SMS and/or email.

Rejecting a Delivery Due to Refusal to Pay Duty Charges:
If you refuse to pay customs and duty charges and reject the delivery, you may request that the item be returned to Kanyebi

Return Notification
Kanyebi will be notified of the return once the item is on its way back to us.

Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned items,Kanyebi will process a refund for the amount of your order, minus the cost of returning the items and the original shipping fee.
